Baby Boomer Statistics - Difficult To Retire

The official time line for the largest group of Americans in United States history, a generation of Baby Boomers, Boomers started with those born on 1 January 1946 and finished with a team born on 31 December 1964. Today we know that there are about 80 million of us in that category.

We now know that 10,000 of us turned 65 years every day. Unfortunately, most of us are not ready for mirovinu.Kapital of our homes has taken severe beatings and our 401K plans are permanently damaged. For many of us to the end of that tune. Home equity and 401k plans are going to be converted into a monthly income of our place as we rode off into the sunset, right?

is no longer. We probably do not the luxury of time to recovery in these markets more. So, what do we do? Well, we have Social Security and Medicare for our basic needs. Or are we to do? As these government programs will be funded when the Boomers were out of the labor force?

This is a job for Superman! Research shows that over 40% of all Baby Boomers are now planning to work until check out time. They have no other choice. So, this means that most boomers will depend on Social Security, Medicare, and a part time job. It's not a bad plan if you have your health. Or, as the old saying goes, it's better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.

economic numbers are not quite here in the U.S. and around the world. Our government can not afford to pay for the right to check for much longer because it will not be able to take in enough revenue to cover every obveze.Prednosti will have to change somehow. Baby Boomers will more than likely will not be involved in these changes the government is trying to protect those who are no longer working and paying taxes.

of American workers under the age of 55 (maybe 50 years) will have to accept lower Social Security when they retire. Medicare benefits will be reduced to some extent to these programs alive. Some combination of lower pay, longer waiting periods, or lower benefits will be forced on our children as they approach retirement age. At least they will have several years to adapt to what comes.

economic reality will be hitting the country hard in the years to come. Now we need someone who will lead the capitalist revival here in America. We need Superman.
